Delivery Schedule:


Gothic Bazaar make every effort to have your order with you as soon as possible. We aim to have your order with your within 21days but please allow up to 28days for delivery. We do ship abroad including supply to the USA and mainland Europe.

Please note, deliveries made to countries overseas may be subject to customs charges in their country of destination. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay any such import duty/tax or charge.

Payment & Currency:


Gothic Bazaar currently accepts GBP £ only. The store can be browsed in £, $ and € but prices will be converted into GBP at the checkout.

Returns & Cancellation Policy


All products come with a 30 day guarantee where you may return faulty goods for exchange or refund of original purchase price.

You may return any items received after delivery within seven working days as per the UK Distance Selling Regulations 2000.

Items should be returned by recorded delivery to the address below. Once we have received your returns you will be refunded (delivery costs will not be refunded unless the items are being returned due to faults).

The customer is responsible for the cost of returning items unless the items are faulty. Items returned should be unused unless returned due to faults.

Your UK statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.

Purchase of Products


When you place an order on our website we shall email you an acknowledgement. Our acceptance of an order does not take place until dispatch of the order, at which point the purchase contract will be made.

We reserve the right to refuse an order. Non-acceptance of an order may, for example, result from one of the following:

  • The product ordered being unavailable from stock
  • Our inability to obtain authorisation of payment
  • The identification of an error within the product information, including price or promotion
  • Your details are incomplete or miss-leading
  • Your shipping destination is outside or the UK, EU or USA
